End of flu season, Beginning of Mom & Kids Season. I think we all pretty much go into hibernation when cold/flu/rsv/miserable season begins. I know we have! All winter long i have sat and waited for the flu to die down and for the weather to start warming up and i think we are finally here! Im looking forward to being able to get out of the house again. I know Jace sure does need the interaction with other kids.
That being said, we have a few options in terms of weekly playgroups.
We could keep it at the same location as last year, 225 coffee shop (some of you have said you feel that this is too crowded and noisy)
We could find a new location ( i would need all of your help on this one)
We could change it up every week.
Your input into this truly does matter and helps us make the best choices for this group! I HATE cold/flu/RSV season so much!!! I will be so happy when we can go to events again. 225 wasn't bad, but there isn't a whole lot of room, so I get claustrophobic when too many people are in small spaces. Maybe there is a local indoor place we could go to once a month? Like a gym, or maybe Giggling Grounds? Somewhere that if we had to pay as a group, we could do it ultra cheap, or better yet, free? Idk, just a thought. With Spring and then Summer coming up, outside would be fine. One of the less busy but still cool parks with playgrounds or whatever. I can also host at my place once in awhile come summer. Yard would be big enough and we can do snacks or something.
